Melting
For melting we use two medium frequency induction furnaces by the Turkish company EGES with the capacity of 4 t. Material is charged by the vibrating carriage which is shared by both furnaces. Casting weight is 0,5 - 20 kg.
Development work
Rieter CZ a.s., plant SYS Ústí n./O. has its own Design centre of a top level whose task is a design of new products and innovation of the current production programme. Development work is exported within Rieter DT to Switzerland, Germany or France.
